Welcome, I’m Shanneen. I have always had a passion for learning and a curiosity about humanity. I completed two Bachelor degrees (Science and Education) and although I cherished my time as a high school teacher and counsellor, I pursued a masters degree to become a psychologist. Since becoming a psychologist I have trained and certified in Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and Life Coaching.

I have 20+ years of experience in health and education, working exclusively in private practice for the past 10, which I love! I am both honoured and inspired by the courage and grace my clients bring to our work every single day. It is truly a beautiful gift to walk together and navigate the journey through life.

Yoga and many of the somatic based therapeutic trainings I’ve completed ignited a curiosity that led me to complete 200-hour yoga teacher certification where I discovered meditation. After personally experiencing the benefits of a meditation practice, I pursued mindfulness meditation teacher certification. I look forward to offering these teachings, blended with psychology so that others may anchor their souls and live a more equanimous life.
